I never do these surveys honestly, I had to tell people about this Realitor. Caroline "Lina" , SHE is "The Realitor". She is so hands on and boots on the ground like no other person I have seen in any industry. She has a razor sharp personality on the phone and can get things moving forward nicely, or if needed, She can light fires under any hang-ups along the way as well. Since we were not in town a lot during the process, we were unable to speak for ourselves face to face. And Lina swept the H.O.A, who was holding up the process, when we couldn't defend ourselves, she took charge!! Also, The whole time, she was willing to go the extra mile. She is absolutely unbelievable!! As far as Trustworthy, there is no better person for the job. I trust Lina for more than just one reason. Her hard work and compassionate way of helping my family and I get through the process of selling our house and actually moving states with ease, I can't thank her enough.
